All prices are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) including GST. Please note ASID passes on third party fees and charges at the rate of 3.8% on all registration and functions charges.

If you are an Advanced Trainee, you will need to upload evidence of your trainee status on the next page. Evidence needs to be in PDF format and can be a letter from your supervisor, employment status or other appropriate documentation. Welcome Reception
Join us for the ASID Annual Scientific Meeting Welcome Reception. The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to reconnect, connect and relax. Light refreshments and beverages will be served while you engage in conversations, share ideas and forge new collaborations. Whether you are a first-time attendee or seasoned participant the reception will be an enjoyable start to the conference.

ASID 50th Anniversary Dinner
2026 is the 50th Anniversary of ASID. Join us for a memorable evening celebrating the milestones and achievements over the last 50 years. It will be a night to remember! Hosted at Waterfront just opposite the Hotel Grand Chancellor the night offers great food, excellent entertainment and a view into the past, celebrating 50 years of this wonderful community.
Advanced Trainee Breakfast
Supporting the future of our community - one of the most popular sessions of the conference, the trainee breakfast provides an opportunity for the advanced trainees to present their work and share their experiences.
The Trainee Breakfast is included for Members. If you are a non-member there is a small fee of $25 to cover catering costs.
Trainee Networking Drinks
If you are an Advanced Trainee, you are welcome to join the Trainee Networking Drinks as an opportunity prior to the start of the conference to meet other trainees and get to know your colleagues.
Accommodation
The ASID Secretariat has secured favourable accommodation rates at the Hotel Grand Chancellor for the Annual Scientific Meeting.
To find available accommodation for your stay, please enter your required check in and out dates and then select 'search'. Only the available options will display. Please select the room type preference. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Secretariat (events@asid.net.au). The conference rates are applicable for three nights prior to the conference and for three nights post conference.
All amounts quoted are in Australian Dollars and are the total amount for your stay. Please ensure you have read the hotels terms and conditions on the Conference Website.
At the time of booking on the registration form, you will be required to include a credit card as security for the booking. The card will be stored in a secure online system. The card will not be charged. It is security only and you will on arrival provide a credit card or other form of payment for the stay.
Accepted credit cards are Mastercard and Visa.
If you do not require accommodation, please select 'no accommodation required'.
