Accommodation

The Secretariat has secured advantageous accommodation rates onsite at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. You can select from either City Side Room or Harbour Side Rooms that look across the beautiful Hobart Harbour.

Rooms include either one king or two double beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini bar, pillow menu and all the standard inclusions in a premium hotel experience. Breakfast is available in the Tasman Restaurant and will be charged to your room on a consumption basis. Breakfast prices are $36.50 for adults, $15 for children.

Terms and conditions

At the time of booking on the registration form, you will be required to include a credit card as security for the booking. The card will be stored in a secure online system. The card will not be charged. It is security only and you will on arrival provide a credit card or other form of payment for the stay.

Cancellation

• Bookings may be cancelled until 45 days prior to your stay without penalty. You must make the cancellation in writing to the secretariat via events@asid.net.au.
• Bookings cancelled between 45 days prior and 7 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night cancellation penalty.
• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will charged the full accommodation amount.
